Xavier visits the Manawan community, Atikamekw territory, and meets Karine Wasiana Echaquan to talk about the legend “Le chevreuil et le caribou”. In addition, Xavier visits the Pessamit community, Innu territory, and meets Philibert Rousselot to talk about the legend “Carcajou descend vers la mer”. Through these two legends, we meet young members of communities to pass on knowledge, values and life lessons, while perpetuating the tradition of oral transmission.
