In this educational module, students will learn about the impact of the Holodomor famine on the Ukrainian people and the heritage of the Ukrainian community in Canada. They will examine primary and secondary sources and explore how journalist Rhea Clyman helped shape historical memory. Finally, students will be able to draw connections between historical perspectives and current events.
