Since the tube system is out of commission due to a jammer installed by a criminal, the Mobile Unit’s van is serving as a taxi for various OSI agents. After learning that their passengers will rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, Omer and Opale do everything they can to provide the best possible service. Meanwhile, Orla has to take the tubes for the first time, as—with Osmine’s help—her mission is to neutralize the sabotage.
